Welcome to Goodwin Frazier Elementary School! We are so glad you have enrolled your child in GFES. We have put together this newsletter for new families so you can get to know us a little better. Please reach out if you have any questions or need anything as you transition to our school!

We started this year with over 600 students. As we continue to grow, we will hold true to our traditions and the community feel we all love and cherish. At the same time, we place your child’s safety as our top priority. We know you have entrusted us with your children, and we take this gift very seriously. It is a priority that our school provides effective communication and a safe environment for our GFES families.

GFES Hallway Heroes

Hallway Heroes is a Comal ISD program that encourages parents, relatives and community members to serves as positive role models on campus, while also being an extra set of eyes and ears to enhance school safety. Hallway Heroes aims to engage anyone who is interested in volunteering.
