Helpful Health Tips:

- Wash your hands often especially before eating and after toileting.
- Drink plenty of water and get your 8 hours of rest at night.
- If you are ill with fever, do not return to school until you are fever free for 24 hours.
- Cover your mouth when sneezing or coughing with your arm or a tissue, not your hand.
