CTE Spotlight: Automotive Technology at Canyon High One of the oldest Career and Technical Education programs in Comal ISD is automotive technology which is offered at Canyon High School. Students gain hands-on experience inside the Cougars auto shop and earn industry-based certifications that build the foundation for careers in the automotive industry.
State CTE Qualifiers Recognized by Board of Trustees Students who are involved in CTE organizations have many opportunities to sharpen their leadership and technical skills through competitions. So far this year, 13 Comal ISD students have qualified for state competitions in just a few CTE organizations including FFA, FCCLA and HOSA.
